Venue terms.

You are the seller. Everything sold through Get Tickets is sold by your venue, to your customer.

We are your agent. We run the site, take payment on your behalf and send the buyer what they bought.

The money is yours. You connect your own Stripe account. Every sale is made on it, in your name — you are the merchant of record — and Stripe pays it out to your bank.

• Tickets: you get the full ticket price. The buyer pays a 5% + 79c booking fee a ticket on top. Free tickets carry no fee.
• Gift vouchers:you get the voucher’s value less 3% — a €50 voucher puts €48.50 in your account. The buyer pays a service fee on top, shown before they pay.
• Booking deposits: the deposit is yours. The customer pays a €5 booking fee on top.

No monthly fee and no setup fee. Our fee is taken from each payment as it is made.

We cover the card fee Stripe charges on each sale: where Stripe takes it from your account, we hand it back to you. The one exception is a cancelled event, below.

These are yours. A refund you give, or a chargeback or dispute a buyer raises with their card provider, is yours to pay. We keep our fee.

If you cancel an event,every buyer is refunded in full, booking fee included, and we give up our fee. The card fee on those sales is yours. The “event cancelled” refund is only for an event you have cancelled.

Every voucher and ticket sold is your promise to the buyer. You honour all of them: you run the event, and you accept every voucher at its value until it expires, even after you stop selling through us.

You get your buyers’ names and contact details so you can give them what they bought — let them in, take their voucher, answer their questions. Use them for that only. A buyer who ticked the box to hear from you may be contacted about your venue until they ask you to stop.

Either of us can stop at any time. Tell us and you stop selling through Get Tickets; we will tell you if we stop. Everything already sold is still yours to honour, and these terms keep applying to it.
